539. John FORTESCUE of Exeter ⁽⁶¹⁸⁾ died in 1762.

He was married to Joan WIVELL (daughter of John JOAN WIVELL of Bradley in Buckland Filleigh) on 15 Aug 1706 in Petrockstowe. John FORTESCUE of Exeter and Joan WIVELL had the following children:

+610 ii. Faithful FORTESCUE of Hatherleigh.
611 iii. John FORTESCUE signed a will on 3 Apr 1732. He had an estate probated on 26 May 1786 in P.C.C. (Norfolk 278). Matriculated 22 February 1732/1733 at Trinity College, Oxford, aged 17, Vicar of Littlehampton and Topsham.
612 iv. William FORTESCUE⁽⁶¹⁹⁾ was born in 1714. He died in 1754.
613 v. James FORTESCUE of London⁽⁶²⁰⁾ . Named in the will of his brother John
