384. James FORTESCUE of Ford, Milton Abbot⁽⁴⁷²⁾ was born in 1625. He was baptised on 18 Dec 1625 in Buckland Filleigh. Exr of his father's will.

He was married to Mary WOOLOCOMBE of Roborough (daughter of John WOOLOCOMBE of Roborough) in 1657 in Roborough. James FORTESCUE of Ford, Milton Abbot and Mary WOOLOCOMBE of Roborough had the following children:

467 i. John FORTESCUE⁽⁴⁷³⁾ was born about 1659.
468 ii. Sara FORTESCUE was buried in 1661 in Roborough.
469 iii. Thomazine FORTESCUE⁽⁴⁷⁴⁾ was born about 1662. She was baptised on 7 Apr 1662. Spelt with an E at the end in Visitations so that spelling adopted which makes the same as her mother.
470 iv. James FORTESCUE⁽⁴⁷⁵⁾ was born in 1663. He died in 1663. He was baptised on 27 Jun 1663 in Milton Abbott. He was buried on 20 Dec 1663.
471 v. James FORTESCUE⁽⁴⁷⁶⁾ was born in 1664. He was baptised on 12 Oct 1664 in Milton Abbott. Third son
