Church Register From: Census Records - Leighton, Hunts; 1841, '51 & '61 show Jane living at home at Salome Lodge and unmarried. Aged 2 in '41. In 1871 Jane was still at Salome Lodge, but it was being farmed by Joseph Jellis and her sister Hannah (aged 43).Jane married A. Jellis after 1861 (unmarried and living with father, Lewis, in Census 1861). Lived at Salome Lodge, Leighton, U.K. with husband. (Salome Lodge pronounced as Salom)

She was married to A JELLIS. Jane FORTESCUE and A JELLIS had the following children:
